Appointment

We provide consultation services for both ONLINE and IN PERSON (OFFLINE) modes for your convenience post receipt of payment for the same in advance.
In ONLINE consultation, the consultation services are provided using video conferencing platforms (google meet, MS teams, etc.) and medication is sent by us using India Post services.

Shipping Policy

For ONLINE consultation mode where medication is sent by us, only India Post services are used for the locations they service.
In case the medication is not delivered due to incorrect address provided, then resending the medication will be attempted (once) with additional postage charges at actuals which need to borne by the patient.
In case the medication is not delivered due to reasons out of our control, then resending the medication will be attempted once.

Our database is for Meethi Golee use only so that we can contact you if the need arises.

All address, telephone and email details are held within our document management system. We DO NOT pass on or sell your details to anyone else. We appreciate how irritating it is to receive unsolicited mail.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once booked, the appointment will not be eligible for cancellation or refunds under any circumstances. There will be no adjustment of alternate slots for prior booked slot unless it is approved by the consulting doctor at Meethi Golee. The discretion of the final decision will lie only with the consulting doctor at Meethi Golee and will be binding for all.

In case of payment failure, the same should be refunded back to you via the payment method used by you during booking. The lead time for refund will vary per the payment method used but would generally take indicatively between 7-15 days. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund will be pushed to the same credit card. Similarly, in the case of UPI payments, the refund will be pushed to the VPA used while making the payment.
